"This is an amazing book and I would like get copies for my female friends once it is out! Written from the heart, light-heartedly touching the soul at a very deep and delicate level.
A book which leaves the reader feeling empowered and very positive at the same time. It has helped me embrace my femininity and although I thought I had, when as I read and edited the book, I wondered if even through decades of yoga had I really allowed myself to feel.... feel... feel what being feminine really feels like."

"I found the book to be a positive, friendly wake-up call. It's very universal, no matter the age or country, really. I think you really speak to the inner struggles that all women go through, but we rarely share them or even say them out loud.

What I particularly appreciated, though, is the fact that it maintains a positive tone throughout. For me, this makes all the difference. The few occasions when these themes are tackled, they tend to be approached aggressively, in a negative way that honestly causes more stress than it solves. Dolce Vita doesn't, so even when I'm reading about the parts that 'don't work', I'm being inspired rather than lectured to."

My Little Story

Not long ago, I was burnt out - overwhelmed at work, struggling in my relationship, and completely disconnected from myself.
Every day felt like surviving, not living: wake up, work, scroll, sleep, repeat. Even the things that once brought me joy felt empty.
On paper, I had everything - a career, a partner, friends, family - but I wasn’t happy. Finally, I allowed myself to admit the truth, quietly, to me alone: I was lost. That small act of honesty became the first step back to presence, to noticing life’s beauty, and to start truly living again.
This book is my reminder — and my invitation — to anyone who feels overwhelmed: that we can still notice the sparks that make life beautiful, even when the world feels sour. Because I still have days that I struggle to feel fully alive, but then I try to remind myself that life is still beautiful.
Because reading is not only about the story it's a moment to enjoy the book
I’ve loved books for as long as I can remember — collecting them since I was a teenager.
I’m drawn to stories that explore wellbeing, culture, and the human experience - books that make me think, feel, and see life from a new angle.
There’s something magical about holding a book in your hands, sipping tea, and getting lost in another world.
That’s exactly the kind of book I wanted to create - light but deep, comforting yet thought-provoking.
A gentle collage of stories, reflections, and illustrations - a book that feels like a warm hug. 💛

The Citrus Moment
I take a ripe orange in my hand.
Feel its weight - solid, generous.
Trace the dimpled skin with my fingertips.
I bring it close. I breathe it in.

That bright, citrus scent -
fresh, alive,
a little sweet, a little sharp -
awakens something soft and ancient inside.

I slice it open.
The juice glistens like it knows a secret.
The colour - vibrant, golden-orange -
like sunlight caught in glass waiting to be released.

I press it gently.
Juice runs over my fingers, warm and sticky.
I let it be.
I pour it into a glass.
Lift it to my lips.
Take a small sip.

I close my eyes.
Taste the juiciness.
The tang. The sweetness. The delicious zing.

It’s not just juice.
It’s a moment.
A reminder that life can still surprise me.
That joy doesn’t have to be loud.
That nature slips us small bursts of sunlight -
if we just slow down enough to notice.

Part I: Tasting Life
Living fully asks for openness, vulnerability, curiosity, and a gentle kind of courage. Magic often hides in ordinary moments - quiet observation, in the choice to meet life with both strength and softness.
Awareness turns simplicity into beauty, presence into meaning. When we hold onto the small sparks that help us notice, even the most ordinary things can become extraordinary.
Part III: Moving with Joy
The body often holds tension and stress, but it also carries joy - if we pay attention. Sometimes happiness doesn’t arrive as a grand revelation, but in simple movement, playful rhythm, or letting the body lead. Dancing, running, or following a child’s curiosity can awaken the vitality already stored within us. Each step, each beat, each motion is an invitation to feel, to notice, and to move through life with wonder.
Part II: Slowing Down
Time does not always move at the pace we expect, and the world often pushes us too fast. When mornings are gentle, the sea calm, and nights filled with stars, there is space to breathe, to reflect, and to return to ourselves.
Slowing down does not demand perfection, only presence. What if rest were not something we simply deserved, but a space to create, to notice, and to savour the quiet beauty of our lives?
Part IV: Ready to live
Living fully asks for openness, vulnerability, curiosity, and a gentle kind of courage. Magic often hides in ordinary moments - in quiet observation, in the choice to meet life with both strength and softness. Awareness turns simplicity into beauty, presence into meaning. When we hold onto the small sparks that help us notice, even the most ordinary things can become extraordinary.
Part V
Holding on to Sweetness
Even in the noise and rush, sweetness lingers -waiting to be noticed and carried forward. It lives in memories, in gratitude, and in quiet acts of self-connection. Life is reclaimed not through grand gestures, but by gently holding onto what nourishes the spirit. Sometimes, it’s the smallest sparks that leave the deepest impressions.
